Cooking Experience will arrange everything, according to the menu, and you can use “products harvested and eaten” like fruits and vegetables in season. You’ll walk around to your private estate and pick vegetables and fruits for the class, and then put your “hands-on” and learn how to make typical regional dishes such as homemade pasta and local sweets.
It requires the ability to take advantage of the necessary equipment, a space used for the course and the ability to at least part of our chef to be able to use the kitchen for cooking food. The course always involves preparation of an entire typical menu with the Salento prestigious wine tasting.
Cooking Experience staff will also be able to arrange private dining and small events exclusively. The “Personal chef” activities gives the possibility to offer a personalized and unique service; availability and menu will always be previous agreed with chef Gianna, and you will be involved in an innovative and challenging experience, with the added value of learning some practical arrangement, useful for cooking everyday.
