It begins with a pleasant walk among the main streets of the Baroque with its splendid churches enjoying the slow pace of bygone days. We will go into the small local market where you can learn and above all to choose local products such as fruits, vegetables and seasonal vegetables and even meats and cheeses of the area to be transformed into excellent dishes. Before returning to school, a nice stop to enjoy together the “Lecce” coffee, ice coffee with almond milk, typical of our city, appreciated especially in summer.
At school, every guest will have ready his workstation on which you will find everything you need to prepare together with Gianna a tasty traditional menu, from appetizer to dessert. You can collect directly from our garden fresh herbs to flavor the food.
Finally, we will taste together around a convivial table, dishes prepared in conjunction with Apulian wines.
Gianna will be happy to guide you in a technical tasting of selected wines.
